Joy Nichols has been a registered nurse for over 25 years and worked 14 years in the NICU and Newborn Nursery at Piedmont Hospital in Atlanta, GA. Joy is an IBCLC (International Board-Certified Lactation Consultant) who has worked at PPP since 2005.

Through a program of the Georgia Chapter of the American Academy of Pediatrics, she visits physicians’ offices and hospitals throughout Atlanta and Georgia, training physicians and staff to be breastfeeding advocates.
